Summer Semester Memories

To end the semester we went to Jennifer's wedding which was at my favorite temple: Manti. I had to take a couple of pictures of this beautiful temple and enjoyed actually going inside this time and doing a couple of baptisms.

It was a beautiful day...perfect for a wedding. I am sad to say I was too busy taking talking instead of taking pictures of the bride so I have no documentation of that.
Me and my roommates were rebels and went to the midnight premiere of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Me and Marjorie are just documenting the couple of hours we spent in the theatre waithing for the movie to start....it was a hour late of course and we ended up getting home at 4 am.....just in time to go to school at 8: 30am the same morning.

We went to Trolley Square the weekend we were in Utah for Jennifer's wedding to my favorite resturaunt The Old Spagetti Factory. Don't worry it was delicious!

Just documenting the experience in the tunnel... Me and Ansley
Dad, Mom, TJ, and Ansley...

Again at the Harry Potter movie...you can tell it has been a long time waiting.

Stephanie and I are super excited....yeah Harry Potter!

Caitlin and Stephie....

This is our eternal family of FHE....we can be together forever. Thanks to Melanie and Jordan and their awesome pond me and my fhe family were able to have a great end of the semester party. They loved the pond especially the zip line! We all took a turn and didn't want to leave by the time the night was over. Thanks again Melanie and Jordan...Your are the best!

The FHE sisters withe the brothers ruining the picture....what is new?

Another one...girls being girls.

Me on the zip line....it was kinda scary but worth it. Thanks brothers for pulling us all up over and over again...you are amazing.

The crew...Marjorie (carmel), Me (vanilla), and Tay Tay (chocolate)....perfect for each other.

Up close and personal on Marjorie and her hot dog...she didn't want me to take her picture but I did anyway....so great.

Yeah....

Me and Tay Tay...so happy together forever as brother and sister!

Best crew faces

Marjorie, the hot dog, and me. I heart hot dogs!

One of my favorite things I did this semester was my roommate Marjorie and I went to the gardens to watch a movie and ate ice cream....yeah we are cool and don't have boyfriends so we have fun without them....but the sprinklers came on and we had to run from them. It was an adventure in Rexburg, Idaho. That is hard to come by so it was a memorable moment.
For our ward party we went to Eagan Lakes. It is by the Sand dunes but has water with the sand....hence the Eagan Lakes. We had to walk through the water to get to where the party was at so we wrapped our towels around our neck to keep them out of the water. We modeling walking throught the sand part of our journey.
Marjorie and I in the creepy waters of Eagan Lakes...ask Marjorie who was freaked out by the reeds. It was funny watching her freak out but it also made me freak out.
Our set up at Eagan lakes....we made our own beach chairs out of sand....pretty crafty if you ask me.
It was beautiful...just me posing in front of the great scenery.

Marjorie and I in the park.....just enjoying the Rexburg sun that only exists 3 months out of the year....yeah it is awesome.
My roommates and I taking a crazy picture.
My awesome roommates summer semester or I should say spring semester: Marjorie, Caitlin, Jesssica, and Stephanie.
Mom came up for Mother's weekend, we went and got pedicure, manicures, facials, went house shopping, and much more. Just a few pictures to document after church before the weekend was over. Thanks mom for the great weekend....I loved having you up here.

Bring on the Home Cooking

Some cream puffs...modeled by my lovely roommate Marjorie
My proudest creation...my apple pie! Oh...modeled by Marjorie (again) and her sister Allison

Homemade noodles modeled by my mother...so lovely.
My rolls....for some reason the yeast did something werid and it tasted like it might of fermented....don't worry we didn't eat them...

This was my wrap thing....I made a peach wrap with cream cheese, peaches, and cresent rolls.

This was also one of my favorites...fried rice...mostly because my roommate Marjorie made most of it and she is an excellent cook. Modeled by my roommates Marjorie and Caitlin.
This was peas and potatoes....which I love and was glad I learned how to make this wonderful meal.

This year has been the year of learning to cook for me. I have enjoyed taking a couple of cooking classes with my two semesters of 2009. For my practial homemaking class I had to make something after each class period and then take a picture....here is a couple of my creations above.

Yellowstone 09

Dad riding the railing while we are waiting for old faithful to start....alway the life of the party
The boys were so excited for the show as you can tell....

This is why I love Nichole...she has to be the craziest sister in law ever....oh cohen... i heart you too!!!!

Oh Nichole...

Sisterly LOVE!
We took a trip to yellowstone before Spencer, Nikki, and Kelan took off for Omaha. There wasn't enough room for us all in the car so I had to sit in the back of the suburen. It turned out to be great because I slept everytime we started to drive which was a lot....12 hours I believe in the car. It was an enjoyable day and we ended up going to big juds in the end making it the perfect day. I have to say after my first big juds experience I don't think I could ever eat a whole one by myself but was able to somehow eat half of one?

Thanks for Families

Always have to have the tight hug picture where we all squeeze in tight....I love this picture!
Looking all professional and nice just trying to hurry and take a picture so they babies are looking happy.

My favorite picture of the babies...pretty much describes them from their facial expressions.
Since we were all together for Thanksgiving we had to take a picture of us all together and this is no simple task especially with three babies but here is what we got...not too bad if you ask me with our homemade family pictures.

Gingerbread house MADNESS!

My gingerbread house...crafted by me....no one else....lol.
Since Nikki loves making gingerbread housing I decided to try to enjoy it and participated and as you can see later on....gingerbread houses are not my calling more like adobe huts. I didn't have the most positive attitude when my house kept falling down but decide to make a joke of it and turn it into an adobe hut and decorate it with lots of beautiful candies. It was pretty sick! Nikki was an amazing gingerbread house maker as usual and would of kept going if our frosting maker...Dad...hadn't decided to quit. Kelan enjoyed openning all the pretty candies and tasting them then spitting them and sharing them with everyone else. Ansley finally decided to join after entertaining Kelan and made a house that didn't fall down like mine did and so I was jealous and decided to claim hers and pretend like I had a gingerbread house not an adobe hut. Overall the it was successful gingerbread house night full of family memories...the boys of course just watched but I do appreciate Dad for suppling us with frosting.

My beautiful adobe hut....fantastic
A closer look...baby Jesus is in front. Very festive!

Nikki's creation...no one could compete. Look at the truck with the wood in the back with the garage.

Another shot at Nikki's house....this is why I don't like gingerbread houses.

Mom's gingerbread castle...so beautiful. Better than my adobe hut!

Another look at my adobe hut with baby Jesus in the front....I know you all wanted a closer look.

Ansley's gingerbread white and red house....I mean my house.

How adorable our little gingerbread town....I love mom in the background...bahahahahah!
